CD: create a script to set up ubuntu machine

We would like to automate set up of the ubuntu machine for swap usage.

Create a script that:

1. Installs everything required like docker
2. Sets up firewall
3. Maybe anything more for DDoS protection

It should be something that you can run on a clean server
