Display resources at top of docs page rather than the bottom

One comment on the docs: could we find a way in https://groundwork.commonknowledge.coop/api/pyck.geo.territories.uk.parliament/ to have the list of actual resources (constituencies, members, parties) at the top of the page, rather than the bottom beneath the internals? Usage starts by pulling one of those into the the datasource argument, after all, so nice to have the menu options up front.

From the perspective of pdoc, which we use to generate documentation, a datasource is just like any other variable declared at module-level. It unfortunately doesn't seem to have the concept of categories, which I guess is what you're talking about adding here.

We could probably do this by adding some custom logic to the template used to generate documentation – eg checking for the existence of a sigil within a docstring.

Or someone may have come up with a way of doing this already – worth a look.
