NetBSD VM: Python segfaults (1.1-maint, 1.4-maint, master)

while the other vagrant boxes run rather stable, the netbsd box frequently has the python interpreter crashing with segfaults while running the tests.

virtualbox issue? netbsd issue?

this just had 2 full test runs without crashing python interpreters.

Back then, I thought it had been resolved, but since quite a while I have seen it crashing again.

First, I've seen the crashes in the NetBSD 9 virtualbox VM I use with vagrant.

Then, I've seen the crashes also on github action runner Linux machines running a NetBSD kvm VM with our testsuite.
