Hi, you can change line 133 of __init__.py:

< hass.config_entries.async_forward_entry_setup(entry, "switch")
by

        await hass.config_entries.async_forward_entry_setups(entry, ["switch"])    

or

1. Add my repository:
   https://github.com/Elwinmage/ha-usr-r16-component
2. Install my usr-r16 component (it will crush the original)
3. Uninstall original USR-R16 component from blindlight86 (it will empty the custom_composents/usr-r16 directory)
4. Redownload my component (it will re-populate the custom_composents/usr-r16 directory)

Normaly if you follow this steps you keep your configuration.

Found this thread and updated the line#133 as suggested. Integration is working as expected again after 2025.6 update !
