Integrate the Piwik device detector for better verbosity

For the moment we rely on poor regex list on User Agent. We need to integrate a more exhaustive list and Piwik provide it through it's https://github.com/piwik/device-detector library.

The list of there device is nice but does not cover all our needs...

We need to wrap it or contribute to it to add :
- SEO service definition (majestic, semrush...)
- Specific bots (BeeBOT for example)
