Add Avg # of Txs in block as a Happynodes metric box

Current behavior

We have Avg Block Time but not Avg # of Txs.

Expected behavior

• Calculate it by summing up Txs for a given number of blocks (aligned to the same number as used for avg block time to keep consistent) then divide by number of blocks
