Rubygems release?

Hi Brian,
was this ever released on rubygems? If not what was left open to release it? It could be handy for a project I'm prepping at the moment.

After 5 years I don't remember.

Currently it's using Ruby 2.7.0 which fails to build on my Mac (using asdf).

If we bump it up to Ruby 3.x then I can work on releasing it.
