Description
Hi,
I'm using Clampfit v11.2 template matching method to detect synaptic events in a gap-free recording acquired using Clampex v11.2. I am then importing the abf file created from all the detected events into Igor using NeuroMatic v3.0s for further analysis.
When I import the abf file generated during event detection, the imported wave(s) doesn't seem to have correct Y scaling for some reason.
Here is an example:
The Y scaling is incorrect in the Igor Wave. The Y scaling of the abf file is fine when I reopen it in Clampfit. I'm guessing it might have something to do with the creation of the abf file in Clampfit, because the scaling of the original gap-free recording (created from Clampex) is fine when imported into Igor. Do you know if there is a different scaling factor hidden somewhere? It doesn't seem to be related to the 'Scale' in the Wave note.
It seems to be fine using Clampex/Clampfit 10.7.
An example of the abf file can be found here
Thanks so much!
