figure out formatting for angle brackets in Capabilities section of the home page for `<template>` capability

Summary

Currently on the home page in the Capabilities section, the <template> feature needed to authored with explicit spaces before the angle brackets

<wcc-capability-box heading="< template >">
  <p>Template element support (createElement)</p>
</wcc-capability-box>

Otherwise, without the spaces, all the content disappears

<wcc-capability-box heading="<template>">
  <p>Template element support (createElement)</p>
</wcc-capability-box>

Would be nice to figure out a way to make this work without the spaces

I initially tried using HTML entities but the behavior of the content disappearing still occurs
