Issue Description

I need guidance on recovering an Actionable Message Provider account that is associated with a specific originator ID in the Microsoft Actionable Messages platform.

Background

When working with Microsoft Outlook Actionable Messages, each provider account is registered with a unique originator ID. We need to recover or regain access to a provider account associated with a specific originator ID.

Questions

  1. Account Recovery Process: What is the official process to recover an Actionable Message Provider account when we have the originator ID but may have lost access to the original registration?

  2. Originator ID Verification: How can we verify ownership of an originator ID if the original account credentials are unavailable?

  3. Account Transfer: Is it possible to transfer an originator ID to a different Microsoft account or Azure AD tenant?

  4. Support Channel: What is the appropriate support channel for Actionable Message Provider account recovery issues?
