[Bug] Low Winows quality when preferred codecs do not exist 

A bug remains from the previous version. If you select av1/opus in the settings and the video doesn't have that option, the video loads in low quality.
Please fix it.

It would also be nice to add the ability to limit the resolution/frame rate. For example, 1080p/30p.
