Uploading a certificate with a key that has a passphrase just throws a general error

Steps to reproduce

• Upload a certificate on the TLS certficate page
• Select a key that's encrypted with a passphrase.

Expected behavior

A specific error that explains that a passphrase can't be used should be thrown.

Actual behavior

A general error "Key validation failed." is thrown.
