This warning seems to be outputted for every subtitle in Subpictures_21_BD.sup when executing
SupMover-win Subpictures_21_BD.sup ~Subpictures_21_BD.sup --delay -335
It makes the process very slow (though the output file is correct).

Ok, that's quite a strange sup file, take this as an example, this is an "usual" subtitle file structure

the segments between PCS and END segmentBody represent a single subtitle, as you can see PTS is always at the same value, and DTS is empty

If instead we take your file

you can see that the correct PTS value (12632400, which is your timestamp multiplied by 90) can be found only in the PCS segment while the other segments have "different" values and some of them are zero, my tool issue that warning when the PTS value is less then the negative delay you are applying (on your case -30150), and in your case is often 0, so that's the reason.

On the documentation i've read it says

The DTS should indicate a time when the decoding of the sub picture starts, and the PTS indicates a time when the decoding ends and the sub picture is shown on the screen. DTS is always zero in practice (at least from what I have found so far), so you can freely ignore this value

So I don't know how this should be fixed, I should check how other software read the timecode and maybe only change the important one,
In any case, if the output if messages is slowing down your workflow i could suggest appending a 2>NUL to your command line so that no output will go to the console, it should speed up the process.

I'm renaming this issue and leave it open for future reference.

that's quite a strange sup file

It is made from Subpictures_21.sup (that was extracted from the DVD). I opened it in Subtitle Edit, selected all lines in Import/OCR VobSub window, right-clicked on them, selected Export - Blu-ray sup..., then pressed Export all lines...

I believe it is enough to issue this warning only once as we can't do anything with that anyway.

I tried to convert another DVD subtitles and got the same warnings. So I suppose it's a Subtitle Edit issue and it's worth to report it there. But I need the tool to display SUP structure (to take screenshots like yours) for that.

The tool i've used to display that structure is Kaitai, you can use it drag&dropping both the ksy file available in this repo and your subtitle file

You can also use the --trace option, but you cannot use the current version as it does not output the DTS and output the PTS information only for the PCS segment, while in the spec it's saved for each segment, this build will output both DTS and PTS on each segment instead
