[Request] Allow connections to multiple instances in parallel #256

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am in both the main spacebar instance and a private one. Keeping up with both of them is cumbersome, as I need to manually switch accounts or open several tabs.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if this could be handled transparently to the user:
- Guilds from all connected instances should be shown in the sidebar (the hovertext can mention what server they are from)
- Private messages should be handled similarly
- Creating new guilds should prompt the user for the target instance (with an explanatory message such as "only users on the selected server can join this guild"), if the user is currently connected to more than one instance.

- Opening several windows with Fermi
- Manually switching accounts
