[Bug] Switching accounts fails if not on @me page

Describe the bug
When I use the account switcher and I am currently viewing a guild channel (e.g. the general chat of the main spacebar guild; snowflake 1006649184062836783), the switch fails with

Unable to connect to the Spacebar server. Please try logging out and back in.

In the console I can see that Fermi is trying to issue a request to the new instance with that snowflake (i.e. to https://api.myinstance.net/api/v9/1006649184062836783). Predictably, this fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '#general` in Spacebar Official
2. Use the account switcher to switch to a different server
3. Observe that the switch fails

Expected behavior
Switching accounts should either drop you in your profile or in the last visited channel in the new instance
