running `markbind` in a empty directory creates `_markbind/logs` directory (not cleaned)

Now, when i simply run markbind, it will create the directory (with no contents)

Expected behavior

Don't create it

Anything else?

Perhaps we can explore newer versions of logger or relook at the implementation of the logger.
