The App looks really great.

I hate updating Apps manual.
Do you think about releasing it into F-Droid and/or Play-Store?

I haven't tried on Google Play, but I did try on FDroid. Though I got lost on how the process goes, so it is currently left incomplete. In the meantime, you might want to try out an app called Obtainium. It allows various app sources including Github, and you can update apps through that.
