Check if it's safe to workaround (or ignore) the use of diacritics on the pathname #87
Description
On issue #32 I detected that I can't use pathnames with diacritics on pathnames (at least, on MacOS) - besides being allowed (at least on MacOS) to use foreign widechars (like Simplified Chinese) without problems (at least, on MacOS).
I found this different behaviour weird (why only diacritics?).
Check if I didn't did something weird with the string myself (and, so, it would be possible to run KSP safely on all supported platforms).
