ci workflow to build deb and rpm installers #104
Description
gitlab pipelines should support a workflow which would allow their ubuntu/debian rhel/centos/fedora runners to automate the building of the deb and rpm installers.
This task is to add the workflow configuration so that deb and rpm installers can be built with each commit. they would immediately be available for download in the gitlab releases view.
