Correct review list visibility display

Describe the bug

The review list shows visibility options as "private" and "reviewers", while the review detail page correctly shows the visibility text as "Private" or "Reviewers and Staff".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a submission with reviews
2. Click on View All in the reviews box
3. Scroll down to Visibility
4. See visibility text
5. Go back to the submission
6. Click on an individual review
7. Look at the visibility text in the top right corner

Expected behavior

Visibility text should be rendered consistently across views.
