【问题】简易Web服务器 bug

简易Web服务器中目录列表内容处
`Cases = [case_no_file(),
             case_existing_file(),
             case_always_fail()]`
以及
`do_GET()
handler = case()`
两者的括号应该只保存任意其中一个，即应该修改为
`Cases = [case_no_file,
             case_existing_file,
             case_always_fail]`
或者
`handler = case`
