High DPI support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
FastReport Community 2025.2.0 Designer/Viewer don't seem to have high DPI support.
I use 125% DPI, and they look really fuzzy. And if I disable their scaling, then the font becomes incredibly small.

Add high DPI support.

I'm using 1440p resolution at 125% DPI scale.

PS: I'm not sure if this will help, but check out Microsoft's article on high DPI support for .NET Framework applications.

Could you please let us know if you change the resolution before running FastReport Community Edition? We do not recommend to change the scaling while the programme is running.
