Replace custom executor-based CircleCI setup with a single Docker job and simplified workflow.	Remove the custom Docker executor definition that relied on Docker Hub credentials. Define a new 'say-hello' job using the CircleCI Docker executor with the cimg/base:current image. Replace the previous project-specific job with the new 'say-hello' job and its steps (checkout plus a named echo command). Update the workflow section to use a new 'say-hello-workflow' that runs the 'say-hello' job instead of the old workflow and job names.
