Unable to create world with Cleanroom launcher

Describe the bug
When creating a world with the "planet earth" world type the world is unable to generate due to arguments not being supplied to the constructor of First$Line$Parser.

To Reproduce

1. Create a cleanroom instance
2. Add the required mods for terra++ (cubicchunks, cubicgen, terra++)
3. Create world and set world gen type to "Planet Earth"

Expected behavior
Generates a world with the expected world type
