Allow unknown keys in config file

Right now if you try to run DVR-Scan 1.7 with a config file from a newer version, it will report an error when loading the config file (see #240). This is due to the new scan-only config option which was added.

As a workaround one can edit the config file: delete the line that sets scan-only, and update output-mode if needed.
