[Bug]: Buttons text get bigger when changing settings on webstorm

Describe the bug

When I change buttons settings on webstorm the button text gets bigger for every change I make, the only way to make them smaller again is to change the Material Design Style to Legacy and back to the Material Theme

To Reproduce

1. Open Commit view on Webstorm
2. Open Settings
3. Go to Material Theme UI -> UI Components
4. Change Components border radius
5. Click apply
6. Button text on commit view increases

For every change on Components settings (border radius, uppercase, outline) the text increases

Expected behavior

Button text size does not change when I make change to UI components
