Prefer release over prerelease data; retrigger if data has changed #3718
Description
I tried to add Oolite to this repository. The first attempt came without having the correct metadata so the test failed. Fair enough.
Now the project added metadata to it's latest release. Looking at the PR it seems the (bad) data taken from our prerelease got into the repository (see #3705 ).
How can we ensure AppImageHub grabs release data as the prerelease is not always stable?
How can a project request a reevaluation after metadata or the screenshots changed?
