Well Known Accounts - Automatic SID translation

SID based comparisons are more resilient, but name-based configurations are more intuitive for the user to author.

Components that support SID based targeting could automatically translate English name notations to SID for default accounts or groups such as "Domain Admins" when importing.

If implemented, a configuration setting should also be created, to disable this translation feature.
